FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – May 1, 2004 – In two weeks, May 18-20, Brussels, capital of Europe, will host the International Coach Federation’s (ICF) European Coaching Conference 2006 (ECC 2006). Hundreds of professional coaches from all over the world will assemble to share best practices and learn from one another. Meryl Moritz, a leadership and executive coach herself and Principal of US-based coaching firm Meryl Moritz Resources, will be a speaker at the ECC2006, co-presenting with Ralf Friedrich the results of their two-year coaching engagement at a Japanese firm in a session called “How Coaching kept Communication Afloat During a Change Management Initiative.”
Mr. Friedrich, Moritzís collaborator in this engagement, is founder of the Germany-based coaching/consulting firm GePros. The two will share the process by which they coached all members of the corporationís senior management and trained senior management to in turn coach their direct reports to successful adoption of a new organizational structure.
